The motel is licenced, offering beer, wine, champagne & limited premixed drinks to in-house guests at reasonable prices.

Located at 52 Railway Street (Capricorn Highway) the motel is centrally located in town with all the facilities Blackwater has to offer within walking distance or a short drive away.  

All rooms are airconditioned with a fully equipped kitchenette (microwave & large fridge), workspace/dining table and lounge area. Double glazing and blackout curtains ensure peace and quiet to round off the day.  Free WIFI & Foxtel available in all rooms. Free use of laundry facilities is available to guests (washing powder provided); ice machine

The motel accommodation consists of 28 Rooms - 22 Queen Rooms, 4 Twin Rooms (Queen and Single Bed) and 2 rooms with Wheelchair, Disabled or Elderly access (large bathrooms). Every room has an undercover car parking space, there is limited visitor parking and plenty of space on the road outside for extra large vehicles.

Each room has dual lock up wardrobes, enabling workers on a rotating roster to store personal items for their next visit.

There is a room available during the day to host small conferences or meetings - please discuss with the manager.
